position: ACCOUNTANT
Functions: . Preparation of checks and other payments.
. Time and labor accounting and processing.
. Preparation and posting of Journal Entries.
. Preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
. Fixed Asset maintenance and General ledger reconciliation.
. Payroll processing utilizing ADP Pay expert software.
. Assist in financial audit processes.
. Assist with the financial reporting process.
. Assist in the preparation of programs budget/billings.
. Assist in month end closing process.
. Any other functions as delegated by the Director of Finance and Senior Accountant.
Qualification and Experiences: . Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
. Effective communication skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions
